B & L Catering was established in 1970. We have owned and operated café’s, take-away’s and licensed restaurants. Supplementary to these we have operated mobile’s at a wide variety of functions including sport event’s, carnival’s, market’s, concert’s and race tracks. We've always manufactured our own catering and bikesport trailers and since 1987 we have offered these for general sale. We have witnessed some spectacular success stories and unfortunately have also experienced & witnessed many failures which have a common theme to their demise. Constant browsing of the web can often produce unrealistically high expectations. Many gimmicks and features offered on top of the range trailers are both inappropriate and expensive, but for trailers with a budget of under 10K are unnecessary. Concentrate your research within your own personal budget.
Is by trying to advise you and sell you what you need. This may be very different to your initial request especially if you are an inexperienced new-comer to mobile catering.
We have contacts with leasing and finance companies who will provide finance for catering trailers and equipment (subject to credit rating).

Important considerations:
Your tow vehicle;
your storage site;
manoeuvrability of trailer when unhitched;
your trailer size often equates to pitch or ground rent fees £££!
The physical size of a trailer is of less importance than the food output achievable during peak trading times which are often short.
